EXECUTIVE MENTORING

Executive mentoring is a very rich and effective leadership development tool to share knowledge, prepare successors and promote a productive exchange of experience for all involved. Through periodic meetings, mentoring develops in a way that is close to the mentee with analyses, constructive feedback and action plans based on the knowledge and experience of both (mentor and mentee).
